SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

Thursday, January 15th

• 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon - Check in at River Run Conference Center. Lunch will be provided. Hunters will be introduced to their guides.
• 12:00 noon - Welcome and rules review. Safety briefing by a representative of the Alabama Department of Conservation.
• 6:30 p.m. - Hunters will begin to arrive at the River Run Conference Center. All harvested deer will be brought to this location.
• 7:00 p.m. - Begin serving supper.

Friday, January 16th

• Early A.M.- Guides will coordinate with hunters on location and time of pick-up at hotels. Hunters will be with their guides for the morning and afternoon hunts. Guides will provide lunch.
• 6:30 p.m.- Hunters will begin to arrive at the River Run Conference Center. All harvested deer will be brought to this location.
• 7:00 p.m. - Begin serving supper.

Saturday, January 17th

• Early A.M. - Same schedule as Friday morning.
• Saturday 12:00 noon - Check out at River Run Conference Center. Deer meat will be available for pick-up.
• Saturday afternoon - Optional extended hunt outing.

Sunday, January 18th

• Morning/Afternoon - Optional extended hunt outing.
